The days prior to your session it will be important to focus on self-care and pampering. Staying hydrated is beneficial for your body as well as your skin, so drink as much water as possible! If you’re considering a boudoir session, but feeling unsure of what to expect, then this post is for you! Here, we’ll be going over everything you need to know in order to prepare yourself for your session. By taking the time to get ready and feel confident in your own skin, you’ll be able to enjoy your session that much more! Stretching Before & After
Stretching is a very important part of preparing for your session. You will want to do some light stretching before and after your session. Kristen is a professional poser, and there is one phrase, we always hear the next day after a session “I’M SO SORE!” Follow this easy and fast stretch routine before and after your session, and you can thank us later!
Scheduling Appointments
Give yourself ample time! Schedule any waxing or hair appointments at least a week in advance which will leave a flexible amount of time for skin irritations, or even mishaps!
